- Load Mods and CC if you use them Mods
- Create a young woman and man to populate the earth. Of course you can also load Sims from the gallery. Your Sims should have the traits Hot headed, Glutton, loves outdoors, self assured, active. For a easy game you can also start with 4 Sims.
- Choose a property. If you have Island Living I would recommend choosing a property close to the waterfall. If you don't have Island Living, hygiene will be quite difficult at the beginning. There are mods with simple sinks, waterfalls, etc. I would recommend them.
- Fill the calendar with holidays "Event Day" on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Delete all other holidays!
- Game settings must be normal lifespan, full autonomy and length of seasons 7 days. Also turn on the mailbox so that electricity and water are collected if you have Eco Life Style.
- Start your plot with a cave with:
- 8 Pee bushes
- 2 Sleeping bags
- Firepit from island life (if you don't have one, a cheap grill or campfire)
- Mailbox
- 4000 Simoleons
- If you don't have Sulani a simple sink is ok, in Oaisis springs the save file has even something better hidden.
- Lot Traits should have Simple Living, Island Spirits, of the grid, Volcanic Activity, Earthquake, Foxes and Private Drilling, Fertile if you have these packs.
