Oasis Springs has been destroyed by a disaster. Survivors have taken refuge in basements. The air is contaminated and they have to stay there for an indefinite period of time.
Some of the survivors in this town have connections with other Sims in other basements.
In Willow Creek survivors where forced out of the underground by a flood.

In Newcrest 8 survivors in a bunker and basement have to work togehter to get out and go from lot to lot to unlock things like power, the school, jobs….
